THE ARTIST

An accomplished Brisbane based mezzo soprano singer, Rosanna Napur has been performing professionally and teaching music since 1982. Her experiences as a soloist and backing vocalist have gained her the reputation of being a highly regarded, beautiful singer who sings with spine-tingling emotion.

Rosanna’s music encompasses a wide genre of music including semi-classical, liturgical, Italian and musical theatre. Rosanna’s passion for singing extends to love ballads of the 30’s and 40’s through to the 70’s and 80’s.

After completing her training at the Qld Conservatorium of Music, she embarked on full-time music teaching, whilst performing at weddings and functions across Brisbane.

Early in her career, Rosanna sang with the Brisbane Chorale, and performed solo at functions at the Sorrento Lounge, the Spring Hill Hotel, the Italo-Australian Club and the Hilton Hotel.

Since embarking on a full-time performance career in 2007, Rosanna has performed regularly at weddings, birthdays and funerals across Brisbane and the Gold coast. She has also performed with the Giuseppe Verdi Chorale. The highlight of her career has been the Elvis to the Max shows that she performed in, as a backing vocalist, in Kuala Lumpur and Conrad Jupiter Casino on the Gold Coast.

She has dabbled a little in song-writing and has a couple of her originals (liturgical) on her first CD, “I Have A Dream.”

Rosanna is available to sing and play for all occasions-weddings, engagements, birthdays, special events, dinner music and funerals.
